Warranty durations door and operator
The Hörmann manufacturer warranty covers the door for up to 10 years and the operator for 5 years, subject to Hörmann conditions. On top of this comes the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Code.

Activating your warranty
Your warranty is activated automatically on installation. Here are the three steps to claim it if needed.
Keep your paperwork
The installation report and the Fermelux invoice are your proof of warranty. We also archive a copy of them.
Report the issue
Contact us by phone or via the form. Describe the problem - a photo is often enough for a first diagnosis.
Scheduled intervention
We schedule a visit by an approved technician. If the case is covered, everything is taken care of: parts, labour and callout.
