Unlike universal home automation kits, the Hörmann ecosystem is designed specifically for motorised garage doors: 128-bit encrypted BiSecur radio, native compatibility with SupraMatic, ProMatic, RotaMatic and LineaMatic operators, and integration with the major voice assistants.
Remote control from anywhere in the world
With the Hörmann WLAN-Gateway, wired to your operator and connected to your home Wi-Fi, you control your garage door from anywhere via Apple Home or the Hörmann cloud (Alexa, Google Home): at the office, on holiday or simply from your sofa, with the door status displayed.
BiSecur 128-bit encryption
Radio communication between remotes, keypads and the operator uses the 128-bit encrypted BiSecur system, which combines fixed code, rolling code and manufacturer key to protect the signal against copying and replay. The WLAN-Gateway itself is wired to the operator.
Compatible with HomeKit, Alexa and Google Home
Integrate your garage door with the voice assistant of your choice: Apple Home, Amazon Alexa and Google Home via the Hörmann WLAN-Gateway; the homee Brain Cube hub adds multi-brand scenes. Voice commands, automations and smart home scenes.
Real-time push notifications
Receive a smartphone alert every time your door opens or closes. Ideal for knowing when your children return from school, when a delivery has been made, or to check that you properly closed the door before setting off on a journey.
Multi-user access sharing
The BlueSecur app lets you share access: the first smartphone becomes the administrator and assigns permanent or single-use digital keys (family, employees, holiday tenants), which can be deleted at any time. Control works over Bluetooth, near the door. No more handing out physical remotes.
Professional installation and configuration
Fermelux installs and configures the entire ecosystem: pairing of hand transmitters, gateway Wi-Fi connection, homee integration, HomeKit/Alexa/Google testing. You leave with a fully working connected home, not a kit to assemble.
