Hörmann V 5025 Z high-speed doors present a smooth surface with no dust retention, no traditional side guides (Zipper technology), compatible with H₂O₂ decontamination and high-frequency cleaning. Class 3 air tightness to EN 12426 - a non-negotiable condition for maintaining the overpressure of an ISO 5 to ISO 8 cleanroom.
Unbroken GDP cold chain
For your 2-8 °C vaccine warehouses, -20 °C biologicals or -80 °C advanced therapies, the SPU 67 Thermo with ThermoFrame reaches U = 0.51 W/m²K (installed door) and includes a triple EPDM seal. Combined with a V 5025 Z as an interior airlock, it guarantees that no thermal break compromises the Good Distribution Practice compliance of your batch.

RC2 anti-burglary & controlled drugs
RC2 option certified to DIN/TS 18194 on SPU F42 / SPU 67 Thermo: 3-minute resistance to simple tools. Mandatory on your psychotropic and controlled-drug storage rooms under the Luxembourg law of 19 February 1973. Can be combined with biometric access control and alarm output.
Access traceability and BMS reporting
Dry contacts for time-stamped reporting of every opening/closing to your hospital BMS or pharma MES. Exportable event log, compatible with GMP Annex 11 audit. Ideal for controlled zones, pharma airlocks, mortuary rooms.
Silent rollers near patients
