The ALR F42 Glazing and ALR 67 Thermo Glazing are Hörmann's fully glazed industrial sectional doors. Aluminium frame, real ESG glass panels, up to 3,330 mm wide without a vertical mullion. Maximum natural light into the hall or showroom with the mechanics of the industrial range: up to 50,000 cycles as standard, 200,000 with the optional long-life package. The ALR 67 Thermo Glazing reaches U = 1.7 W/(m²K) for the installed door with climate double glazing (Klimadoppelscheibe) and ThermoFrame.

Maximum transparency
Slim ALR aluminium frame and full-surface real ESG glass panels. Up to 3,330 mm wide without a vertical mullion - an uninterrupted shop window, ideal for showcasing vehicles, machines or workshops to passers-by and visitors.
Insulation U = 1.7 W/m²K (ALR 67)
The ALR 67 Thermo Glazing uses a thermally broken 67 mm aluminium frame, climate double glazing (Klimadoppelscheibe) and the optional ThermoFrame. The result: U = 1.7 W/(m²K) on the installed door (1.8 without ThermoFrame) - the best insulation in Hörmann's ALR Glazing range.
Up to 200,000 cycles (option)
Same proven construction as the SPU F42: torsion springs, rollers and hardware designed for 50,000 cycles as standard and 200,000 with the optional long-life package. The ALR range isn't an aesthetic compromise - it's a genuine industrial door that handles the daily use of a dealership or fire station.
Up to 5,500 × 4,000 mm
Dimensions covering almost every showroom and glazed facade requirement. Width 2,000 to 5,500 mm, height up to 4,000 mm. No vertical mullion up to 3,330 mm wide; beyond that, a vertical mullion divides the glazing.
Secure real ESG glass
Thermally toughened safety glass ESG compliant with EN 12150, resistant to thermal shock and impacts. On breakage, the glass shatters into small, non-cutting fragments. Klimadoppelscheibe and polycarbonate options are available depending on thermal or anti-vandalism requirements.
5 standard safety features EN 13241
Anti-lift, finger-trap protection, fall-arrest device, closed side guidance, double floor seal - all standard, all compliant with EN 13241 and EN 12453. Full glazing takes nothing away from the safety level of a Hörmann industrial sectional door.

ALR 67 Thermo Glazing

With climate double glazing (Klimadoppelscheibe) and ThermoFrame, the installed door reaches U = 1.7 W/(m²K) (1.8 without ThermoFrame). Essential for heated halls, dealerships and workshops requiring full glazing without insulation trade-offs.

The ALR Glazing range is compatible with Hörmann industrial drives WA 300 S4, WA 500 and WA 500 FU - from the entry-level model for moderate use up to the frequency inverter at 1.0 m/s for dealerships and high-traffic sites.
WA 300 S4
230 V shaft drive with Soft start / soft stop and integrated force limiting. For moderate use up to 150 cycles/day. The standard choice for architectural practices, low-traffic showrooms and agricultural buildings.
