How much does a repair intervention cost?
Callout and diagnostic are free. Repairs are priced in a free quote according to the fault (torsion spring, steel cable, motor…). A written quote is always handed over before any repair.
Do you operate at weekends?
No. Repairs are carried out Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm, on +352 691 545 407, with a fast callout subject to availability. Outside these hours (nights, weekends, bank holidays) we only attend customers with a specific maintenance contract that includes this service. In the meantime, don't force the door, never touch springs or cables, and leave us a message or an e-mail: we'll call you back as soon as we reopen.
Do I need to replace the entire door if a spring breaks?
No, never. A broken torsion spring is replaced on its own, without changing the door. Same goes for cables, rollers, hinges or motor: each component is replaceable separately. We only recommend full replacement if the door leaf itself is damaged or if the door is over 25 years old.
Do you repair all door brands?
Yes. Our technicians work on Hörmann, Roma, Novoferm, Teckentrup, Normstahl, Wayne-Dalton, Came, FAAC, Nice, Sommer, BFT, Marantec - all residential and industrial brands. We use genuine Hörmann and Roma parts; references not available are ordered from the manufacturer.
