On an industrial project, price is only part of the equation. We deliver a complete technical file: dimensioned drawings, declaration of conformity, preventive maintenance, a project schedule set out in the quote.
On-site technical survey
Project engineer visits your site: measurements, flow analysis, operational constraints, electrical connection, floor conditions.
Detailed technical drawings
Dimensioned drawings in DWG/PDF, elevations, sections, motor and control cabinet layout. Shareable with your design office.
EN 13241 specification
Full compliance file: CE marking, closing performance, wind resistance, operational safety. Documentation delivered with the door.
Premium service
Annual maintenance contract with fast call-out subject to availability, wear parts included, optional remote monitoring depending on the operator and control unit.

Industrial door: what our B2B customers ask
Which range for a logistics warehouse?
For high-frequency logistics (>50 cycles/day), we recommend a Hörmann Spiral HS high-speed door or V 6030 opening at 2 m/s. For a warehouse with normal frequency and strong insulation requirements, the SPU 67 Thermo sectional (U = 0.51 W/m²K installed door with ThermoFrame) remains the benchmark. For a loading dock, the SPU 67 combined with a DOBO dock leveller and a sealing shelter is the standard.
What's the lead time for a made-to-measure industrial door?
Each Hörmann industrial door is made to measure to order, with WA 300 S4 / WA 500 shaft operator or direct drive with 445 R control; the lead time depends on the model and options, and we confirm it with your quote. Installation itself is usually completed in one day, longer depending on size and associated works.
Do you install control panels and traffic lights too?
Yes. Hörmann A/B 445, B 460 R control panels with traffic light functions, vehicle detection loops, ceiling radar, pull switches, key switches, VdS intercoms: we handle full electrical integration together with your electrician or as a turnkey delivery.
Do you offer an industrial maintenance contract?
Yes. Fermelux Industry contract on request/year/door including 2 preventive annual visits, replacement of wear parts (rollers, seals, cables), fast curative call-out subject to availability, and optional remote monitoring depending on the operator. Recommended to preserve the Hörmann manufacturer's warranty (subject to Hörmann terms) on intensive use.
