The F80 is the Berry variant designed specifically for prefabricated garages (Fertiggaragen). It shares all Berry range features (rotary bolt locking, ribbed and cassette designs, solid wood) with dimensions tailored to standard prefabricated garage openings. 18 standardised sizes from 2,325 x 1,905 mm to 2,730 x 2,125 mm.
The fixed frame (Festrahmen) mounts directly into the prefabricated garage opening, either clipped in (reveal depth 50 to 100 mm) or fixed with dowels (at least 75 mm). The high-quality powder coating is identical on both the interior and exterior faces. Depending on the design, optional 20 mm insulation panels reduce the U-value from 6.5 to 2.1 W/m²K, and Hörmatherm 25 mm insulation achieves 1.9 W/m²K.

Designs 902, 957, 990, 968. Powder-coated steel or Decograin.
Cassette designs
Designs 971, 973, 975, 977, 984, 985, 979, 905 (frame for a custom infill).
Solid wood
Solid Nordic spruce, Softline profile 120 x 14 mm. Designs 925, 927, 931, 933, 934, 937. U = 3.6 W/m²K.

Same designs as N80
Ribbed designs (902, 957, 990, 968, 984, 985), cassette designs (971, 973, 975, 977, 979), design 905 for customer-supplied infill and solid wood (925, 927, 931, 933, 934, 937, 936 basic).
Berry robustness
Anti-burglar rotary bolt locking (Drehfallen-Verriegelung). Optional RC2 kit tested to DIN/TS 18194 for designs 902, 941, 957 and 990 (availability on the F80 to be confirmed). Galvanised steel with powder coating.
ProMatic motor drive
Compatible with ProMatic 4, SupraMatic E4/P4 and ProMatic 4 Akku (battery/solar). BiSecur, Bluetooth and homee connectivity.
Hörmann warranty up to 10 years
Hörmann manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years on the door and 5 years on the operator (subject to Hörmann conditions). Long-term spare parts availability.
