The Hörmann Codetaster range covers residential needs (FCT radio) and professional uses (CTV metal, STAP key-operated, FFL / FL 150 biometric readers). No more drama of a lost, forgotten or broken hand transmitter. The PIN code is memorised by the user and available at any time. Practical for children coming home from school, for partners without a vehicle and for anyone who does not want to carry an additional device.
Customisable and revocable codes
You set and change your code as you wish. When an employee leaves, a seasonal tenant departs or a home service ends, simply change the code. The FCT 10 BS accepts up to 10 access codes, each linked to one radio function.
Weather-resistant IP 54 to IP 65
All Codetaster code keypads are designed for outdoor installation. Protection ratings range from IP 54 (splash protection) to IP 65 for robust models, with die-cast zinc housings and stainless-steel plates on the CTV and CTP models.
BiSecur radio or wired depending on the model
The FCT models communicate via BiSecur radio at 868 MHz with AES 128-bit encryption - easy installation, no wiring to the operator. The CTV, CTR, CTP and STAP 50 models are wired, with an evaluation unit installed inside the garage, for even higher security (no exploitable radio signal).
Backlit keys for night use
The FCT 3 BS, FCT 10 BS, CTP 3-1 and CTV 3 models feature illuminated or backlit keys, essential for evening or night-time use in front of a garage without outdoor lighting.
Flush- or surface-mounted installation
Most keypads can be flush-mounted (Unterputz) in a wall or surface-mounted (Aufputz). Fermelux chooses the configuration according to your support (brick, concrete, wood, metal) and provides the matching housing.

Codetaster code keypads are designed for all residential Hörmann operators. FCT / FFL radio models require an operator fitted with a BiSecur receiver. Wired models connect to the impulse input or the HCP adapter of the operator.
